You will assist in drafting and distributing press releases, maintaining media contact databases, and supporting social media and general PR activities within a professional office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in media, PR, or communications support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with media monitoring tools is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn within an office-based role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating media events, press conferences, and press tours.
• Monitor and track media coverage across various channels, compiling reports and summaries.
• Maintain and update the media contact database and distribution lists.
• Support the drafting and distribution of press releases and media kits.
• Provide administrative support to the PR team, including scheduling and correspondence.
• Assist in managing company social media channels and online presence.
