Reports to : Cultivation Supervisors, Cultivation Manager, Director of Cultivation

The Cultivation Technician supports the production, maintenance, and health of all crops by performing tasks assigned by the Cultivation Manager in a large-scale facility.
This role is responsible for plant quality, trimming, and the overall efficiency of cultivation operations, including tasks needed throughout the grow cycle to ensure the development of quality products.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This is a full-time position. Weekend and holidays are expected to be worked. Typical work hours are from 6:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Sunday, with schedules subject to change.
