Sabenza IT & Recruitment seeks an enthusiastic Entry-Level AI Engineer in Pretoria, South Africa. You will work on AI-powered applications, building intelligent agents, integrating LLMs, and enabling agent-to-agent communication within a modern cloud environment.

You should have a solid C#/.NET background, with a keen interest in generative AI, MCP/A2A concepts, and DevOps practices. The role involves collaboration across an international tech team and production support responsibilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Solid professional experience developing backend applications using C#/.NET.
• Experience developing and supporting software solutions across the SDLC.
• Practical exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or AI app development.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and modern Agile/DevOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Build Intelligent AI Agents using C#/.NET and Microsoft Agent Framework.
• Integrate Generative AI, LLMs, APIs, and enterprise services for AI-powered apps.
• Explore MCP and A2A for agent-to-agent communications and tool integration.
• Work with Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes/AKS to deploy and maintain solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, and secure, maintainable coding practices.
• Contribute to AI-native ways of working and use latest AI development tools.
• Collaborate with agile teams in an international environment and support production systems.
