Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC in South Africa is hiring Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers while presenting Blacksmith to potential clients.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality and personalized. This role is fully remote across South Africa.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar
• Experience with outbound outreach and sequence crafting
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
• Proficient using Salesforce and managing a personal pipeline
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach
