Enterprise Sales Executive

Our client is looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to help drive revenue growth through the entire sales cycle.

The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting our solutions to demonstrate value, and closing sales. Given the B2B, enterprise sales model, sales cycles can be lengthy.

A successful Enterprise Sales Executive values building trusted relationships with clients, which is crucial for closing sales. The role reports directly to the CEO and involves collaboration with a team of Enterprise Sales Executives.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Industry Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of industry trends and how our products/services fit into these sectors.
  2. Product Knowledge: Gain comprehensive knowledge of our offerings to effectively communicate their value.
  3. Identify Target Clients: Proactively research and network to find potential clients, understanding their challenges and how our solutions address them.
  4. Client Engagement: Initiate contact and build trusted relationships through regular interactions, aiming to close sales.
  5. Solution Creation: Collaborate with technical teams to craft tailored solutions meeting client needs.
  6. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations in person or via video conferencing.
  7. Objection Handling: Professionally address client concerns and objections, providing persuasive solutions.
  8. Negotiation: Work with clients to negotiate terms and pricing for mutually beneficial agreements.
  9. Closing Deals: Use effective sales strategies to close deals and meet/exceed targets.
  10. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships through excellent pre- and post-sale support.
  11. Networking / Conferencing: Attend industry events to build relationships and promote the brand.
  12. Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems, reporting to management.
  13. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, client success, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment and success.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of proven sales or client success management experience.
  • Excellent relationship-building, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a history of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant industry experience and knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Relevant university degree or tertiary qualification (preferred).
