Overview

The Assistant Manager - Enterprise Risk Management and Business resilience is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the organization's risk management framework. This role involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact the organization's ability to achieve its objectives, as well as ensuring the business resilience of its assets, information, and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of the enterprise risk management program.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks to the organization.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management activities.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure that risk management practices are integrated into their processes.
• Facilitate risk management training and awareness sessions for employees.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes related to risk management and business resilience.
• Assist in managing the organization's crisis management and business continuity planning.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to enterprise risk and business resilience.
• Perform cross-industry research to identify emerging trends, best practices, and applicable benchmarks for enterprise risk and resilience.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate, monitor, and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) that support proactive risk management.

Qualifications
