Role and Responsibilities
  • CVA Rep: Focus on acquiring both new CVA clients and transitioning existing IASP clients, encouraging them to adopt the new CVA program.
  • Partner closely with CVA Leaders in markets AND Software Licensing Leaders on Market level for best outcomes & teaming.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Contribute to the growth of IBM by ensuring timely and accurate Partner / Client reporting and resolution of reporting results (both over deployments and not deployed software).
  • Partner closely with IBM Sales and broader internal and external stakeholders to help drive business results.
  • Collaborate with Clients and Partners: Work alongside Clients and Business Partners to define and prioritize the CVA program execution roadmap based on market trends, client feedback, and business goals.
  • Customer Feedback Integration: Gather insights from Clients and Business Partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable improvements for the CVA program.
  • Ensure Program Alignment: Ensure that the WW CVA Program aligns with IBM's GTM organizational priorities and the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Foster a Customer-First Mindset: Champion a 'customer-first' culture by delivering intuitive and impactful results through the CVA program, ensuring we meet and exceed client expectations.
Minimum Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships and driving business results.
Skills & Expertise
  • Understanding of IBM Software Contracts (ELAs in particular), knowledge and experience with IBM Software License Terms, experience with SAM practices & IBM's IASP Deployment program and best practices.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills & ability to guide and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Sales and Negotiation skills with ability to negotiate at a Partner C Level Client Executive.
