Job summary

A 1L Realization (Pty) Ltd in Centurion seeks a Senior professional to lead operating model and business architecture initiatives across multiple units, delivering target operating models, capability maps and governance frameworks.

You will drive process transformation, collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, and coach teams through change, ensuring alignment with BPMN standards and agile/digital transformation programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Industrial Engineering, Operations or related field.
10+ years' operating model, business architecture, process transformation or consulting experience.
Strong enterprise transformation experience.
Experience in telecommunications preferred.
Strong Business Process Management experience.
Experience with capability modelling and operating model design.
Knowledge of BPMN and process modelling.
Experience with Agile and digital transformation environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and assess target operating models.
Lead enterprise capability assessments.
Develop capability maps and maturity assessments.
Lead business process transformation.
Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for simplification.
Design cross-functional processes spanning Consumer, SMB, Enterprise and other business units.
Develop operating model principles, roles and responsibilities.
Support organisational readiness and change activities.
Define governance and decision-rights models.
Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
Ensure business processes support BSS transformation.
Support capability transfer and sustainable operating capability.
Develop process KPIs and performance measures.
