Job summary

Mothers2Mothers in Cape Town is seeking a Business Systems & Data Solutions Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance our ERP, CRM, DMS, HRIS and related platforms, ensuring stability, security and value. You will configure and extend core platforms, build data pipelines, dashboards and AI-assisted automation, and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

This role emphasizes cross-functional work across Finance, HR and Ops and requires strong Microsoft

Qualifications

Four+ years in systems engineering, data engineering, or related roles in enterprise stacks.
Experience configuring ERP/CRM/DMS/HRIS platforms with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central core ERP.
Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration including SharePoint Online.
Advanced SQL skills and data pipelines, warehouses and lakes.
Experience building integrations with REST APIs, JSON, and middleware.

Responsibilities

Customise and maintain core enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, DMS, HRIS to match evolving workflows.
Develop low-code/no-code extensions and automations that integrate with core platforms.
Build and maintain BI reports and dashboards with governance and security.
Design and deploy automation including AI-assisted workflows and RPA where applicable.
Build and maintain data pipelines and data synchronisation across systems.
