Job Summary

Provide superior, seamless customer service and offer suitable solutions to meet client needs. Utilize technology and leverage the virtual omni-channel environment to deliver efficient and cost-effective banking services. Perform banking duties and oversee the financial activities for both business and individual customers.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Income Growth and Financial Targets: Understand clients' working capital cycles and business needs to provide appropriate solutions. Drive achievement of targets as per individual scorecards.
  2. Customer Focus: Proactively drive client acquisition and cross-selling initiatives through re-engagement processes. Ensure service quality and timely resolution of complaints within established service level agreements.
  3. Compliance and Risk Management: Conduct all activities in adherence to relevant control, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
  4. Collaboration: Continuously seek to improve workflows by challenging the status quo. Support an empowering team environment by sharing knowledge, experience, and best practices, and providing constructive feedback.

Education
