What You’ll Do For The Brand :
- Define and develop national and regional plans to strengthen ESD objectives.
- Present plans based on research and cost considerations, including ideas and strategies.
- Support the implementation of projects to drive the program’s strategy nationally.
- Ensure regional ESD programs are completed within deadlines.
- Collaborate with OPS support and Regional Managers to involve team members in ESD efforts.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, managers, and team members for effective project implementation.
- Ensure smooth execution of ESD initiatives and events nationwide.
- Review and report on applications and proposals received.
- Handle administrative functions related to SMMEs and ESD requests.
- Maintain and update databases of sponsors and beneficiaries, and follow up on previous projects.
- Liaise with marketing to enhance brand exposure through ESD initiatives.
- Report on total expenditure aligned with priorities and BEE requirements.
- Prepare internal reports for relevant parties.
- Assess and follow up on the societal impact of ESD projects.
- Manage the ESD Corporate Calendar and ensure regional alignment.
- Ensure compliance with industry and legislative requirements across regions.
- Build and maintain relationships with Gambling Boards across regions.
- Compile reports based on operational needs.
- Visit regions, including SMMEs and partners, as required.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
