Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists — Strategic Builders who are customer-facing advisors, translating complex business challenges into agentic AI deployments that go live and create measurable value.

Engagements are time-bound, typically 12 weeks or less, potentially spanning a single account or multiple customers. You will lead delivery with Forward Deployed Engineers, driving adoption and ensuring lasting value from the deployed solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud/SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience is mandatory; consulting or professional services background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle (Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume).
• Define agentic AI strategy and roadmap; run design workshops and jobs-to-be-done analyses.
• Oversee deployment timelines, risk, and stakeholder communication within the delivery team.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within engagements; address blockers for value realization.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution.
• Develop customer solutions using AI tools and ensure responsible AI practices.
