Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager (EAM)

We invite you to join our exceptional team, where you can leverage your skills to help us grow and evolve while remaining true to yourself. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will represent Kaspersky in the enterprise customer segment, focusing on accounts with more than 1,000 users.

Responsibilities

  1. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for enterprise solutions outside of named account lists.
  2. Establish and maintain executive-level relationships to generate a qualified pipeline and drive revenue.
  3. Develop contacts within enterprise customers into leads and manage the entire sales cycle.
  4. Communicate the value of our enterprise products and services to executive levels within client organizations.
  5. Identify and develop compelling value propositions for large enterprise clients.
  6. Position Kaspersky's specialized services, such as cybersecurity training, threat intelligence, Anti APT, etc., to large enterprises.
  7. Prepare and present proposals and product information to prospects.
  8. Report on sales funnel activities using CRM systems.
  9. Collaborate closely with Partner/Partner Account Managers to ensure deal closure and sales cycle support through resellers or system integrators.
  10. Drive the entire sales process independently for customer acquisition.
  11. Stay informed about the competitive landscape and market trends in cybersecurity.
  12. Act as a trusted advisor to enterprises, promoting Kaspersky's products and services as their preferred choice.
  13. Lead responses to RFPs in partnership with colleagues and partners.
  14. Represent Kaspersky at industry events such as conferences and seminars.
  15. Communicate customer requirements to Product Management teams regularly.
  16. Coordinate with global and regional sales teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct account management experience in cybersecurity or IT, handling large accounts.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience delivering presentations to large organizations.
  • Existing relationships at the CxO level within large accounts.
  • Proactive approach to new business development with a winning mentality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships at all levels.
  • Target-driven, results-oriented, with strong sales acumen.
  • Responsibility, commitment, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English.
