Your role will involve spearheading the adoption of our cutting-edge Field Service Management (FSM) and Service Management Platform solutions, driving significant revenue growth, and guiding clients towards operational excellence.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Craft comprehensive sales strategies customized to regional market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
- Orchestrate a robust sales pipeline, leveraging your industry expertise to identify high-value opportunities ripe for digital transformation.
- Forge strategic relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Translate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions, demonstrating how our offerings align with their overarching digital transformation objectives.
- Lead detailed solution architecture workshops to design customized solutions that optimize clients' field service operations and streamline service management processes.
- Develop persuasive ROI models that quantify the tangible benefits of implementing our platforms.
- Drive the development and execution of proof-of-concept (POC) projects, showcasing the transformative impact of our solutions.
- Foster long-term, collaborative partnerships that ensure clients achieve maximum value.
- Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous market research and competitor analysis.
- Utilize market insights to tailor value propositions and refine sales strategies for optimal effectiveness.
Requirements
- Preferably have a completed Diploma or Degree.
- A successful career in enterprise solution sales, particularly focused on Field Service Management (FSM) and Service Management Platform (SMP) solutions.
- Deep Understanding of Field Service Operations: Extensive knowledge of field service industry dynamics, including common challenges, emerging trends, and optimization best practices.
- Effective Executive-Level Communication: Ability to deliver impactful presentations and communicate complex technical solutions persuasively to C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Demonstrated capability in cultivating and managing strategic relationships with C-suite leaders and key stakeholders, aligning client needs with digital transformation goals.
- Visionary Growth Strategies: Proven ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and market expansion.
- Results-Oriented Client Advocate: Skilled in architecting tailored solutions to optimize client field service operations and enhance service delivery processes.
- Passionate about driving client success through collaborative partnerships.
- Leadership in Field Service Transformation: Genuine enthusiasm for empowering businesses with innovative FSM and SMP technology, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and revolutionizing field service management.
- Leadership Abilities: Natural aptitude for leadership and a strong desire to develop skills further.
- At least 7 to 10 years' experience in B2B / Enterprise sales.
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Young, dynamic, energetic, outspoken, excellent C Suite executive level English communication skills and ability to negotiate at C suite exec level.
