Job Overview : Lead the Digital Transformation of Field Service and Service Management in Sub-Saharan Africa. As a pivotal figure in our team, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the digital transformation journey for enterprises across Sub-Saharan Africa.

Your role will involve spearheading the adoption of our cutting-edge Field Service Management (FSM) and Service Management Platform solutions, driving significant revenue growth, and guiding clients towards operational excellence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :
  1. Craft comprehensive sales strategies customized to regional market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
  2. Orchestrate a robust sales pipeline, leveraging your industry expertise to identify high-value opportunities ripe for digital transformation.
  3. Forge strategic relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  4. Translate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions, demonstrating how our offerings align with their overarching digital transformation objectives.
  5. Lead detailed solution architecture workshops to design customized solutions that optimize clients' field service operations and streamline service management processes.
  6. Develop persuasive ROI models that quantify the tangible benefits of implementing our platforms.
  7. Drive the development and execution of proof-of-concept (POC) projects, showcasing the transformative impact of our solutions.
  8. Foster long-term, collaborative partnerships that ensure clients achieve maximum value.
  9. Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous market research and competitor analysis.
  10. Utilize market insights to tailor value propositions and refine sales strategies for optimal effectiveness.
Requirements
  1. Preferably have a completed Diploma or Degree.
  2. A successful career in enterprise solution sales, particularly focused on Field Service Management (FSM) and Service Management Platform (SMP) solutions.
  3. Deep Understanding of Field Service Operations: Extensive knowledge of field service industry dynamics, including common challenges, emerging trends, and optimization best practices.
  4. Effective Executive-Level Communication: Ability to deliver impactful presentations and communicate complex technical solutions persuasively to C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  5. Strategic Relationship Management: Demonstrated capability in cultivating and managing strategic relationships with C-suite leaders and key stakeholders, aligning client needs with digital transformation goals.
  6. Visionary Growth Strategies: Proven ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and market expansion.
  7. Results-Oriented Client Advocate: Skilled in architecting tailored solutions to optimize client field service operations and enhance service delivery processes.
  8. Passionate about driving client success through collaborative partnerships.
  9. Leadership in Field Service Transformation: Genuine enthusiasm for empowering businesses with innovative FSM and SMP technology, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and revolutionizing field service management.
  10. Leadership Abilities: Natural aptitude for leadership and a strong desire to develop skills further.
  11. At least 7 to 10 years' experience in B2B / Enterprise sales.
  12. Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS).
  13. Young, dynamic, energetic, outspoken, excellent C Suite executive level English communication skills and ability to negotiate at C suite exec level.
