Role Overview

The ENT Division role focuses on the successful launch, promotion, and sales of specific products to ENT Surgeons and Hospital Pharmacies. Continuing education on the correct application and usage of these products within the assigned territory is essential.

This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Success Factors
  • Experience in leading business growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities through strategic planning.
  • Experience in promoting and supporting ongoing training and education for both new and existing customers within the ENT Franchise.
  • Ability to create and lead an annual business development plan to increase sales.
  • Experience in developing efficient management information systems to inform the franchise of customer turnover and growth levels.
  • Ability to maintain records of customer contacts and provide market intelligence and competitive feedback.
Minimum Requirements
  • Four years of experience in the sales of medical devices.
  • A degree within the Faculty of Health Sciences.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
