Main Purpose of Job

To deliver safe, basic nursing care according to Scope of Practice.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Deliver basic nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Identify, prevent, and report risks to ensure patient safety.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience by assisting in creating a therapeutic environment.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions.
• Participate in creating a learning environment that builds staff competence.
• Ensure all utilized stock and equipment are accurately charted.

Required Education

Essential: Higher certificate in nursing (or equivalent).

Desired: Continuous Professional Development (CPD) courses for specific specialty areas.

Required Experience

Minimum: None.

Desired: Experience in relevant nursing areas is preferred but not mandatory.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Infection prevention and control.
• Basic Life Support.
• Regulations regarding the Scope of Practice for Nurses and Midwives.
• Scientific nursing process.
• Nursing procedures.
