Job summary

Joint Medical Holdings Ltd. is seeking an Enrolled Nursing Assistant to provide age-appropriate patient care in the Day Ward, following SANC scope and hospital policies.

You will attend to patients in the ward, address complaints, and ensure safe, quality care while complying with all regulations. Requirements include registration with SANC, at least two years' experience, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and willingness to work overtime.

• Good interpersonal skills with doctors, patients and colleagues are essential.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

To provide age-appropriate patient care according to the nursing scope of practice as defined by the South African Nursing Council (SANC). KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Must be able to practise within your scope of practise as an Enrolled Nursing Assistant.

Must be competent with the Hospital`s policies and regulations.

Attend to patient care within the Ward.

Attend to patients complaints.

Must be able to provide safe, quality patient care within the ward/unit.

Comply with SANC and stakeholder legislation.
