About the Role :

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and care facilities.
2. Source new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
3. Engage with key decision-makers to promote our nursing services.
4. Ensure seamless placement of our healthcare professionals in various facilities.

What We’re Looking For :

1. Qualified Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Enrolled Nursing Assistant (ENA).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. A proactive and target-driven mindset.
4. Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or business development is a plus.
5. Must be comfortable with phone-based and face-to-face client engagement.
