Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring patients and promptly reporting any changes in their condition.
• Accurately documenting all nursing interventions, observations and patient records.
• Educating patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medication and ongoing care.
• Assisting in maintaining appropriate stock levels and minimising unnecessary stock wastage.
• Working collaboratively with doctors, Professional Nurses and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Ensuring that all nursing activities comply with hospital policies, healthcare legislation and South African Nursing Council (SANC) regulations.

Minimum Requirements
