Job description

A vacancy exists for an Enrolled Nurse – Maternity, based at Life Fourways Hospital. The successful candidate will report to the Unit Manager, Precious Mbhele, and contribute to the effective functioning of the nursing team and doctors through interdepartmental liaising, communication, and record-keeping in the unit.

Critical Outputs

• Conduct basic duties as allocated.
• Deliver quality nursing care to patients according to Scope of Practice.
• Maintain professional relationships with patients, doctors, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Comply with health, safety, and infection control policies.
• Supervise subordinates and provide guidance where necessary.

Requirements

• Registered with SANC as an Enrolled Nurse, with experience in obstetrics nursing.
