Job summary

Mediclinic Southern Africa is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to deliver safe, quality nursing care within a multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on patient safety, accurate documentation, and maintaining a learning environment for staff development.

Essentially you will assist in specialised wards with CPD opportunities, ensure stock and equipment are charged correctly, and contribute to a positive patient experience in the department.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Nurse Certificate is essential.
• Basic life support must be current.
• Infection prevention and control knowledge required.
• Understanding of nursing processes and pharmacology basics.

Responsibilities

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Enrolled Nurse Certificate

DESIRED EDUCATION: For specialised wards, CPD courses in specific specialityarea

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: None

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:1 year post qualification experience before placement in a specialised unit

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
