Job summary

Mediclinic Southern Africa is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to deliver safe, quality nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team at our Ermelo facility. You will identify risks, report them promptly and contribute to a positive patient experience while maintaining accurate records of nursing interventions.

The role requires an Enrolled Nurse Certificate with CPD exposure for specialised wards; at least basic life support, infection control, pharmacology, and nursing process

Qualifications

• Basic life support knowledge required.
• Infection prevention and control practices.
• Pharmacology knowledge relevant to nursing care.
• Foundational scientific nursing principles and processes.
• Experience with nursing processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Enrolled Nurse Certificate

DESIRED EDUCATION: For specialised wards, CPD courses in specific specialityarea

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: None

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:1 year post qualification experience before placement in a specialised unit
