Mediclinic Southern Africa is seeking an Enrolled Nursing Auxiliary for Critical Care to deliver safe, basic nursing care within a multidisciplinary team. You’ll identify risks, support patient safety, and contribute to a therapeutic environment while maintaining precise nursing records.

The role focuses on collaboration, learning, and stock control, with CPD opportunities to advance specialty knowledge. On-site, permanent position in the Critical Care unit.

Formación

• Essential education: Higher certificate in nursing (or equivalent)
• Desirable: CPD courses for specific specialty areas

Responsabilidades

• Deliver basic nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Identify, prevent and report risks to ensure patient safety
• Contribute to a positive patient experience by assisting in the creation of a therapeutic environment
• Provide accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions
• Participate in creating a learning environment that builds staff competence
• Ensure that all utilised stock and equipment are accurately charted

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
