Function Nursing Facility Position Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary | Surgical Ward Introduction

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of an Enrolled Nursing Auxiliary in the Surgical ward at Life Rosepark Hospital in Bloemfontein, reporting to the Unit Manager, Coreen Lombard. The successful candidate will contribute to the effective functioning of this ward and ensure quality nursing care for all patients.

Critical Outputs

• Conduct basic duties as allocated by the Unit Manager / Senior Registered Nurse.
• Ensure that the unit operates according to acceptable legal standards.
• Maintain excellent patient and customer care in accordance with Life Healthcare standards.
• Maintain sound relationships and communication with patients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Build professional relationships with doctors to promote patient-doctor interaction.
• Maintain all Health, Safety, and Infection Control Standards.

Requirements

• Must be registered with SANC.
• Experience in a Surgical ward will be an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills required.
