Job description

Are you organised, patient-oriented, and ready to play a crucial role in Johannesburg Eye Hospital & Institute's theatre nursing team?

We are seeking two dedicated Enrolled Nurses to ensure our patients are managed in a professional, effective, and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

1. Assume full responsibility and accountability for the provision of nursing treatment and care of people in all health care settings.
2. Provide supervision for nursing care and the execution of treatment or administration of medication prescribed by an authorised registered person in the transfer and recovery area of the theatre complex.
3. Provide patient-centred care to all our patients.
4. Establish and maintain an environment in which health care can be provided safely and optimally.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualifications: Enrolled Nurse
• Experience: 3 – 6 years' experience practising as an Enrolled Nurse in an acute health care setting or similar setting.
• Theatre nursing experience.
