Job summary
A leading company seeks a Sales Representative to drive customer acquisition and manage the sales cycle for small and medium businesses. The role involves building customer relationships, utilizing CRM tools, and effectively communicating product value to potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Create and acquire new customers in a defined area.
- Drive the entire sales cycle for small and medium businesses.
- Communicate with customers through cold calls and follow-ups.

- Identify new opportunities and drive the entire sales cycle for small and medium businesses
- Generate new business through interest creation and early engagement with potential customers
- Build customer confidence with remote sales capabilities across various levels (IT, Finance, Strategy)
- Capture customer information and contracts in the CRM system
- Communicate with customers through cold calls, follow-ups and deal closure
- Present product information based on identified customer needs
- Follow up with potential customers who showed interest but did not make a purchase
- Perform regular follow-up calls/emails and facilitate communication to ensure satisfaction and identify new needs
- Use storytelling skills to highlight the value of products/services
- Collaborate with Salescode/program teams and external partners on specific opportunities
- Keep the CRM tool updated
- Use knowledge of opportunity progression for accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting
