Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales objectives and ensure financial profitability, delivering results that exceed expectations.
  2. Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster business growth.
  3. Design and implement strategic business development plans with clear financial goals.
  4. Create and execute sales plans, continuously assessing performance against set indicators.
  5. Take proactive and corrective measures to meet and surpass targets.
  6. Establish and nurture networks across all account levels.
  7. Engage with key stakeholders, strategically positioning them within accounts to accelerate development and build robust relationships.
  8. Identify long-term business opportunities and integrate them into account strategies.

What You Bring
  • Minimum 5 years in client-facing sales roles.
  • Deep knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry and ingredients processing.
  • Broad industry and market understanding, with product expertise.
  • Fluency in English and French (preferred); additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 35-40%.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Commerce, Science, Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
