Position Overview

The key purpose of this role is to effectively control goods received and issued through proper store management practices to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Identify and QC all received engineering spares and goods.
2. Assist with correct binning.
3. Ensure timely delivery of goods and constant availability.
4. Verify that the goods comply with the order and meet the required specifications.
5. Minimize out-of-stock events.
6. Maintain financial control.
7. Ensure a safe, healthy, and risk-free work environment.
8. Proper storage of goods.
9. Apply SHEQ procedures.
10. Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and risk-free standards.
11. Goods are GRN'd on receipt from suppliers and coincide with the delivery note. Deviations are escalated.
12. Invoices are GRN'd upon receipt.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• National Diploma in Industrial Engineering or Degree/Diploma in Logistics Management
• 2-3 years stock management experience
• Maintenance Planning
• SAP Knowledge
