We’re on the hunt for a high-performing Engineering Manager to join a fast-paced, high-output manufacturing environment based in beautiful Cape Town. This is your chance to take the lead on OPEX and CAPEX projects, drive continuous improvement, and elevate engineering operations to world-class standards.

What you will be doing in this new Career:

1. Spearheading plant reliability, maintenance strategies, and capital projects
2. Managing multi-million rand OPEX & CAPEX budgets with precision
3. Leading, mentoring, and developing a multi-disciplinary engineering team
4. Championing SHEQ compliance and engineering best practices
5. Driving innovation in plant performance, uptime, and cost-efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

1. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree (non-negotiable)
2. GCC Factories certification (essential)
3. 8–10 years of engineering experience in Pulp, Paper, Milling, or FMCG
4. 5 years in a senior leadership/management role
5. A track record of project delivery and asset management excellence
