R1 RCM, Inc. in the US is seeking a Software Engineering Manager (R37) to lead AI-native product development and guide high-performing engineering teams.

You will collaborate with product, AI research, and data science to execute the roadmap and deliver scalable AI-powered solutions from concept to production. The role requires strong leadership, experience turning innovative ideas into customer-facing products, and a track record of building scalable teams.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience leading, hiring, and developing engineering teams as an Engineering Manager.
• Proven experience building and scaling teams that deliver AI-driven products at scale.
• Strong track record of leading 0→1 product development and transforming innovative ideas into successful customer-facing solutions.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Kotlin, or C#.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience preferred but not required.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, AI research, and data science teams to define strategic goals and roadmaps; participate in hiring and onboarding new talent.
