Job summary

Indsafri is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to envision, guide, and develop end-to-end technical solutions across multiple technologies. You will mentor engineers, align plans with product strategy, and drive innovation while maintaining a holistic view of people, systems, and data.

Responsibilities include governance navigation, stakeholder collaboration, and designing scalable solutions with a long-term perspective.

Qualifications

8+ years in engineering leadership roles.
Expertise in IT Architecture and Systems Analysis.
Proven ability in decision making, collaboration, innovation, influencing, managing work, continuous learning, and coaching.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex problems and formulate achievable, operational solutions.
Navigate solutions through governance forums and secure acceptance from domain and technology specialists.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
Decompose solutions, sequence work, and identify resourcing needs.
Develop detailed designs and contribute to functional/non-functional requirements.
Provide guidance to software designers on lower-level designs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical delivery issues.
Adopt a product mindset for long-term sustainability and growth.
