Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership - Manage resources by providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help team members meet project and operational commitments. Foster a high-performing development team.
- Strategic Direction - Drive the evolution of the OneX strategy in alignment with TFG board objectives, including platform extension and integration into Omni point of sale.
- Planning - Collaborate with the product manager on business requirements and specifications, providing feedback and liaising with stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of project functionalities and commitments.
- Technical Development - Serve as the technical lead on complex projects, guiding team members and providing necessary documentation.
- Maintain development standards through continuous technical input and code reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing between senior and junior developers.
- Manage third-party vendor relationships concerning technology roadmap, project deliverables, security, and operational stability.
- Financial Management - Oversee the full budget lifecycle, including quarterly estimates, monthly actuals, and variance analysis.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience leading engineering teams in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects effectively.
- Proven experience in software development (.Net, C#) and technical leadership with successful project delivery.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and hands-on experience in backend and frontend development.
