Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership - Manage resources by providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help team members meet project and operational commitments. Foster a high-performing development team.
• Strategic Direction - Drive the evolution of the OneX strategy in alignment with TFG board objectives, including platform extension and integration into Omni point of sale.
• Planning - Collaborate with the product manager on business requirements and specifications, providing feedback and liaising with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of project functionalities and commitments.
• Technical Development - Serve as the technical lead on complex projects, guiding team members and providing necessary documentation.
• Maintain development standards through continuous technical input and code reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing between senior and junior developers.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships concerning technology roadmap, project deliverables, security, and operational stability.
• Financial Management - Oversee the full budget lifecycle, including quarterly estimates, monthly actuals, and variance analysis.

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience leading engineering teams in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects effectively.
• Proven experience in software development (.Net, C#) and technical leadership with successful project delivery.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and hands-on experience in backend and frontend development.
