Qualifications

• 8+ years software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in engineering leadership or management.
• Strong technical background in C#, .NET, and Azure.
• Experience building and scaling integration or backend platforms.
• Strong understanding of API-led and event-driven architectures.
• Proven ability to lead teams of 5-8+ engineers.
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, and modern delivery practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder, and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of engineers.
• Creating a healthy, high-performance engineering culture.
• Owning the architecture and delivery of backend and integration platforms.
• Guiding designs for APIs, event-driven systems, and integrations.
