Full/Part-time: Full-time

Hours: 36 hours per week

Salary: Up to £66,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience

Job grade: B

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineering project manager to join a collaborative team working on Capital Maintenance Projects, delivering innovative solutions for operational sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of capital projects, providing MEICA and Civil engineering solutions for water and wastewater facilities.
  • Oversee procurement, manage suppliers and subcontractors involved in site-based construction activities.
  • Lead resource management and support the development of Project Engineers.
  • Assist with estimates, programming, and planning for projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients to minimize operational impact during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Location and Travel:

The role is based at Coppermills WTW, covering North West London, with travel within the area. The role requires being office-based 5 days a week.

Additional Requirements:

  • A valid driving license is required as the role includes a car allowance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in a technical and commercial engineering role, ideally with a degree/HND in engineering or business administration.
  • Proven project management experience in an engineering environment, with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and ICA systems.
  • Experience managing procurement processes and supply chains.
  • Strong leadership skills for managing and developing staff.
  • Ability to deliver projects in compliance with all legislative and safety standards.
