Job Title: Engineering / BCom Graduates

Location: Centurion (Gauteng) - Hennopspark

Salary: Market related - Dependent on experience and qualification(s)

Non-negotiable qualifications and experience required:

1. Matric with an average of 85% (non-negotiable);
2. Willing to travel internationally (have a valid passport);
3. A Degree (BEng or BSc, NOT BTech) in Engineering or BCom (Chemical or Civil Engineers will unfortunately not be considered);
4. Own reliable transport and valid license;
5. Great communication skills, with an outspoken personality;
6. Dress code: Strictly professional, must be well presented at all times;
7. You do not have to have any work experience as the company will develop you for the specific role;
8. Willing to work more than normal office hours depending on designated region and time differences;
9. Show adequate IT efficiency.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Market Analysis - Research and analyse market trends to identify and anticipate potential opportunities for growth internationally.
2. Contact potential clients to establish a network and arrange meetings (Foreign and domestic).
3. High level Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Build and maintain high level relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and challenges in order to provide the best suited solution.
4. Attend conferences, meetings, and industry-related events.
5. Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
6. Solution Development: Work with engineering teams to tailor products or services that meet client specifications within various international countries.
7. Proposal Development: Create and present proposals that demonstrate the value of the company’s offerings.
8. Develop a growth strategy focused on both the company and client satisfaction and financial feasibility.
9. Prepare contracts once clients have committed to a product or service whilst ensuring compliance to law-established rules and guidelines to remain compliant with relevant legislation.
10. Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, compliance and technical teams to ensure alignment in strategy and execution with all projects.
11. Project Management: Initiation, project planning, implementation and monitoring to closure of new projects from conception to delivery once client has been engaged.
12. Providing trustworthy feedback and after-project closure support to clients once the product or service has been delivered.
