Job description

Job Title : Engineering / BCom Graduates

Location : Centurion (Gauteng) - Hennopspark

Salary : Market related - Dependent on experience and qualification(s)

Non-negotiable qualifications and experience required :

  • Matric with an average of 85% (non-negotiable);
  • A Degree (BEng or BSc, NOT BTech) in Engineering or BCom (Chemical or Civil Engineers will unfortunately not be considered);
  • Willing to travel internationally (have a valid passport);
  • Own reliable transport and valid license;
  • Great communication skills, with an outspoken personality;
  • Dress code: Strictly professional, must be well presented at all times;
  • No work experience required as the company will develop you for the specific role;
  • Willing to work more than normal office hours depending on the region and time differences;
  • Show adequate IT efficiency.

Duties and responsibilities :

Business Development

  1. Research and analyse market trends to identify potential opportunities for growth internationally.
  2. Contact potential clients to establish a network and arrange meetings (foreign and domestic).

High level Client Engagement and Relationship Building

  1. Build and maintain high-level relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and challenges to provide the best-suited solutions.
  2. Attend conferences, meetings, and industry-related events.
  3. Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.

Solution Development

  1. Work with engineering teams to tailor products or services that meet client specifications across various international countries.

Proposal Development

  1. Create and present proposals demonstrating the value of the company’s offerings.
  2. Develop growth strategies focused on both company and client satisfaction, ensuring financial feasibility.
  3. Prepare contracts post-client commitment, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Collaboration

  1. Coordinate with marketing, compliance, and technical teams to ensure strategy and execution alignment.

Project Management

  1. Manage project initiation, planning, implementation, and closure from conception to delivery.
  2. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-project support to clients.
