Job summary

Fruitways is seeking an Engineering Administrator to operate from the Molteno packing operation in Grabouw, supporting the Engineering and Packing Division with data management and documentation. You will handle data uploads, maintain technical records and assist with procurement tasks.

The ideal candidate has Matric and 3–5 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in an engineering setting, with solid MS Office skills and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a relevant administrative position.
• Engineering industry experience is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Upload and verify data.
• Record keeping of engineering manuals, drawings and related documentation.
• Assist in procurement of equipment and parts.
• Maintenance – task requests and telephonic enquiries.
• Ad-hoc engineering administration.
