Job Description

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge automation solutions across our platform. This role involves solving complex technical problems, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating cross-functionally with product and operations teams to drive meaningful business outcomes. You will be at the heart of building scalable systems and shaping the technology roadmap in a dynamic and growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership: Own end-to-end technical design and development of complex features and projects, ensuring high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Automation Solutions: Design and implement custom automation workflows that streamline operations and enhance client productivity across sectors.

Platform Architecture: Contribute to platform scalability and system architecture improvements, integrating various software tools and services via APIs and custom configurations.

Code Quality and Best Practices: Champion best practices in code review, unit testing, CI/CD, and agile delivery processes. Ensure robust version control and documentation across projects.

Mentorship and Collaboration: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and

technical excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business goals.

6.

Technical Documentation: Maintain thorough technical documentation for internal knowledge sharing and client-facing materials.

7.

Client-Facing Support: Support project scoping and provide technical expertise during client engagements, translating business needs into scalable engineering solutions.

8.

Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring and proposing new technologies and tools that can enhance our engineering capabilities.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Experience:

5+ years of professional experience in software engineering OR Project/Product Management

Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#).

Understanding of web frameworks, APIs, microservices, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Hands-on experience with automation platforms and/or workflow tools

Advanced experience with SaaS Platforms (ClickUp Ideally)

Soft Skills:
