About The Role

Your focus as Data & Reporting Manager (Sales Operations Analyst) will be to support sales development teams with optimal processes and systems, ensuring accurate reporting and insights for our clients.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Managing our sales tools, including B2B data providers (e.g., Clay, Cognism), CRM (Salesforce), and sales engagement platforms (Salesloft) — ensuring proper integration, configuration, and management.
  2. Overseeing B2B data acquisition, list cleaning, and consolidation processes.
  3. Refining our end-to-end client and internal reporting processes (using Google Sheets).
  4. Implementing automation projects to improve systems and processes.

We are not seeking hardcore coders but rather individuals passionate about processes, systems, and data.

During onboarding, we provide mentorship, training, and certifications to support your success.
Requirements
  • A university degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering (first-year university math is required).
  • 5+ years of work experience.
  • Interest in FinTech, SaaS, and startups.
  • A passion for process efficiency and strong attention to detail.
  • Expert-level skills in Excel or Google Sheets—data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis using advanced functions.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills using Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Location in Cape Town or ability to relocate.
  • Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or B2B sales processes is a plus.
