What You’ll Do

As an Engagement Manager, you will contribute to the strategy, design, and implementation of business decisions to ensure positive impact and sustainable results. Your responsibilities include developing tailored solutions, leading engagements, acting as the primary client contact, mentoring your team, coordinating resources, and owning project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading end-to-end engagements to deliver measurable impact (cost savings, KPI improvements, etc.).
2. Actively managing and leading SMEs within engagements.
3. Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining high standards of quality.
4. Supervising, coaching, and participating in value creation across the team.
5. Structuring problems and defining workstreams to achieve impact.
6. Responding efficiently to client concerns and coaching clients in problem structuring and solving.
7. Anticipating barriers and guiding the team in resolving them.
8. Developing and expanding client networks and building effective relationships.
9. Engaging key stakeholders to manage expectations.
10. Applying global best practices tailored to client contexts.
11. Identifying opportunities and coaching team members.
12. Seeking innovative solutions and services.

Be a Champion of

Supporting project risk evaluations, management processes, startup planning, workshops, assessments, and developing business strategies and operational plans.

What You Bring to the Role

• 8+ years of management consulting experience.
• An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or equivalent.
• Advanced degrees (MBA, PhD) are advantageous.
• Proven experience in mining, metals, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge in areas like Strategy, Transaction Support, Business Transformation, and Risk Management.
• Experience managing large-scale operational engagements.
• Comfort with ambiguity and value distillation during projects.
• Client relationship management and business development skills.
• Motivational and supportive leadership skills.
