• Lead the development and execution of strategic procurement plans for key categories within the energy sector.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of procurement professionals.
• Oversee all aspects of the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier management.
• Conduct detailed market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure competitive pricing.
• Establish and maintain strong strategic partnerships with key suppliers, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage the procurement budget and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, and operations teams to align procurement activities with project needs and company objectives.
