Position Overview

As a Manager within our Energy and Process Industries (EPI) practice, you will be a key contributor to the growth and development of our team. In this regard, you will:

1. Partner with clients across the Energy sector to deliver innovative and strategic transformation programs on navigating through the energy transition.
2. Consult on and manage the day-to-day direction of client projects, ensuring work is continually on track, delivering clear benefit to the client in both the short and long term, and adhering to budgets and schedules while maintaining high utilisation.
3. Demonstrate subject matter expertise in strategy, operations and/or organisational effectiveness within target industry sector.
4. Support the development of marketable points of view on business challenges, including the creation of intellectual capital.
5. Support strategic and tactical initiatives to identify, develop and extend client relationships.
6. Participate in firm building opportunities, e.g., recruiting, training and mentoring.

Qualifications

Qualifying Criteria

1. 2nd Class upper or A class grades (C+ - A+ Average).
2. Must have experience as a Manager in the consulting field.
3. MUST have strong existing Management/Strategic consulting experience.
4. Experience in the mining field.
5. Experience with Renewable energy, Oil and Gas and Chemicals.
