End User Account Manager required in Johannesburg.
This role focuses on engaging end users to promote tailored solutions and ensure the inclusion of these solutions in clients’ installation standards and specifications.
The End User Account Manager will identify new market opportunities, grow existing client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth by providing strategic, data-driven sales engagement.
Ideal for a candidate who is technically curious, commercially minded, and confident in engaging with all levels of decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
Salary: R40 000 – R50 000 per month plus commission.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Present technical products and solutions in alignment with client needs and strategic goals.
- Build compelling value propositions and data-supported selling stories.
- Influence client specification documents to ensure product adoption.
- Establish and develop relationships with decision-makers to promote long-term business value.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Exceed revenue targets and manage accurate sales forecasts.
- Build and implement customer development and account plans.
- Provide regular pipeline reporting and maintain CRM hygiene.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, technical, and marketing teams.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Organize regular account reviews and support internal reporting.
- Remain up to date with industry, product, and competitor developments to support effective sales strategies.
- Demonstrate resilience and professionalism in managing objections and maintaining momentum.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales environment (required).
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the ICT or Telecoms industry (preferred).

Working Conditions:
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30 (extended hours may apply based on operational needs).
- Monthly stock take may require evening work.
- Based at the Johannesburg branch.
- Must have own transport.
- High levels of internal and external stakeholder interaction requiring strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
