Job description

Our client specialises in inbound multichannel customer support across multiple verticals from their quality strategically located centres in Fiji, South Africa, and Peru and via their work from home colleagues in Namibia. As an international award-winning multilingual contact centre, they know that our staff and the relationships they have with their clients are their greatest and most valuable assets.

Job Type: Full time / Permanent

Workplace: Fully Remote

Language Required: Italian (C1 / C2)

Start Date: 17 March 2025

Training: 4 - 11 Weeks (Fully Remote)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday with shifts ranging between 07h00 - 19h00 on a rotational basis and 09h00 to 17h00 on Saturdays.

Salary: R15 833 per month (non-negotiable)

Additional monthly incentives: Up to R4000.00 per month.

Candidate Location: Candidates located in CPT would be our first choice for this position; however, we will also review applications of candidates located within various parts of South Africa.

Requirements

  • Located in South Africa
  • Permanent residence permit / South African ID holders
  • Flexibility to work shifts
  • Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. Must be fixed line internet. No wireless connections accepted.
  • UPS solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted).
  • Fully paid product and systems training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams
  • Assistance to passengers with pre & post-flight departure travel-related queries in the customer relations department in Italian & English languages
  • Work on airline reservations systems & handling voice calls in German; may include some written correspondence.
  • Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
  • Required to meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels.
  • Demanding and time-sensitive call center environment
