Online | Short-Term Assignment | October 2025
We are seeking an experienced Legal Training Facilitator to deliver Employment Equity online training for up to 100 employees of our client.
This is a short-term consulting assignment, ideal for a candidate with a strong legal background and passion for employment law education.
Training Objectives
As the lead facilitator, you will deliver structured online training covering:
• The Employment Equity Act: purpose, application, and recent legislative updates
• Unfair discrimination: types, examples, and how to identify and eliminate it
• Affirmative Action: Constitutional context, Black Empowerment, and employment equity planning
• EE Committees: roles, consultation, barrier analysis, and implementation monitoring
• Medical and Psychological Assessments
• Compliance and record-keeping requirements for designated employers
Training Schedule:
Tentatively set for the second week of October 2025 (or mutually agreed dates).
