Core Responsibilities / ExpectationsAttend employer branding activities, job fairs, and recruitment events.Create and deploy artwork and messaging for various projects.Support, help create, and manage the employer branding calendar for the year.Drive efficient working methods with system support within the area.Monitor and respond to service portal tickets related to employer branding and social media.Lead employer branding onboarding projects.Support, coordinate, and administer internal and external events, campaigns, and people communications.Distribute employer branding initiatives and collaborate closely with the distribution center.Continuously improve processes and ways of working.Knowledge and ExperienceGraduate qualification in communications, marketing, or a similar relevant field.Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.Familiarity with common publishing and editorial tools (Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Canva).PersonalityStrong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and effective email communication.Excellent customer service skills and a 'can-do' attitude.Strong mindset for continuous improvement, innovation, and service.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet conflicting deadlines.High integrity and ethical standards.A 'Dare to Think New' personality trait is highly recommended.Last Date to Apply : July 4Epiroc is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining a diverse and inclusive culture.
