Employee Services Lead (Payroll)

The Local DBS Employee Services Lead is responsible for establishing and managing their scope of services within the region, ensuring alignment with service level agreements and quality standards set by the Global DBS Employee Services Lead and local business teams.

They develop capabilities to deliver regional services in accordance with the DBS strategy and business objectives, driving innovation and continuous improvement to enhance service quality and optimize costs within their scope.

The role involves being part of the HR country leadership team(s), contributing to local HR strategy and supporting the local business effectively.

About you

Qualifications:

Education and experience should be adapted to the local context.

Extensive experience as an Employee Services Lead.

• Establishing and continuously improving local DBS Employee Services strategy, policies, processes, and tools in alignment with the core model and standards.
• Monitoring compliance, process and team efficiency, performance, and service quality levels.
• Managing local teams.
• Collaborating closely with the local BU HR teams.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and data (data literacy).
• Business partnering and a service-oriented mindset.
• Analytical skills.
• Continuous improvement and innovation mindset.
• Leadership, team management, and fostering teamwork and idea sharing environments.
