The Local DBS Employee Services Lead is responsible for establishing and managing their scope of services within the region, ensuring alignment with service level agreements and quality standards set by the Global DBS Employee Services Lead and local business teams.
They develop capabilities to deliver regional services in accordance with the DBS strategy and business objectives, driving innovation and continuous improvement to enhance service quality and optimize costs within their scope.
The role involves being part of the HR country leadership team(s), contributing to local HR strategy and supporting the local business effectively.
