Position Summary
The Employee Relations Specialist vacancy has become available.
This position will be responsible for the promotion of harmonious workplace relations and sound employment practices in accordance with relevant labour legislations and ECSA organisation policies and procedures, as well as the co-ordination, implementation, and delivery of allocated human resources duties in line with ECSA Human Resources Policies and relevant legislation.
The successful candidate will report to the Senior Human Capital Manager.
