Qualifications

• Must have 2 years' experience within Insurance.
• Grade 12 (NQF 4) minimum; NQF 5 advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve basic client, employer, broker, and member queries.
• Track and follow up on outstanding actions with administrators, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
• Draft professional emails, client communications, and meeting notes.
• Support the preparation of client reviews, reports, presentations, and governance packs.
• Assist with member onboarding onto digital platforms and applications.
• Attend client meetings and presentations as part of ongoing development.
• Escalate risks and service concerns to the Relationship Manager.
