Job Description

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Ensure all received employee shift adjustment inputs are timeously captured on SAP
  • Ensure all overtime and call-out inputs are timeously captured on SAP
  • Ensure that standby allowance inputs are timeously captured on SAP
  • Ensure all fatal errors (missing time pairs) are cleared daily by investigating and obtaining the necessary authorisation to create the missing time pair (IT2011)
  • Ensure that all scheduled jobs are completed successfully and clear all rejections
  • Update relevant logbooks on receipt of input documents
  • Ensure that the following reports are printed according to prescribed standard and distributed to the relevant supervisor
  • Ensure that all reports printed are registered in the applicable logbook for follow up
  • Ensure that the following records are filed and stored for Auditing purposes

This role is at a Band C1 level reporting to the EB Officer.

Qualifications
  • Grade 12

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

  • At least one year experience in SAP Time Management module
  • Computer literacy for role; especially SAP Time Management module
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
